The English know fish & chips and we borrowed their secrets to make our version of this classic dish. The key is we add a hint of apple cider vinegar coupled with a light, crispy breading that also happens to be gluten-free. Then we flash freeze them for deviously healthy seafood snack you can enjoy anytime.

INGREDIENTS: Wild Alaskan Pollock, Whole Eggs (With Citric Acid), Potatoes, Canola Oil, Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs (Rice Flour, Water, Xanthan Gum, Evaporated Cane Juice, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Sea Salt, Asorbic Acid added as a dough conditioner), Organic Potato Flakes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Salt, Onion Powder, Spice, Parsley, Lemon Peel Powder. ALLERGENS: Contains Fish and Eggs. Made on equipment that also produces gluten containing products.
