English-Style Fish & Chips Bites

The English know fish & chips and we borrowed their secrets to make our version of this classic dish. The key is we add a hint of apple cider vinegar coupled with a light, crispy breading that also happens to be gluten-free. Then we flash freeze them for deviously healthy seafood snack you can enjoy anytime.

Ingredients: Wild Alaskan Pollock, egg whites, potatoes, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, gluten-free breadcrumbs [rice flour, xanthan gum, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, gluconolactone), canola oil, sugar, yeast,ascorbic acid], potato flakes, apple cider vinegar, corn starch, garlic powder, sea salt, onion powder, pepper, parsley, lemon.

Contains:  Fish (Pollock), egg.
