North Atlantic Lobster Mac & Cheese

This is a dish that defines “comfort food”.  We start with Wild Lobster from the ice-cold Atlantic waters , stir in different  cheeses for just the right blend of smooth, sharp, nutty flavors, toss with penne pasta and slow-roasted creamy sauce.  Are you getting hungry?
