Maryland Style Crab Cakes

We make our Crab Cakes using fresh Jonah Crab caught off the coast of New England. That’s right fresh not frozen crab. We just stir in our special spices, add a dab of mayonnaise and roll in our gluten-free breading. You get a melt-in-your-mouth crab cake that will make this a favorite in your freezer and on your dinner table.

Ingredients:  Wild Jonah and/or Rock Crab, mayonnaise [expeller pressed soybean oil, whole egg, cider vinegar, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, water, lemon juice (from concentrate), salt, spice], gluten free breadcrumbs [rice flour, xanthan gum, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, gluconolactone), canola oil, sugar, yeast, ascorbic acid], dried egg whites, potato starch, worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), mustard seed powder, seasoning (celery salt, spices, paprika), sea salt, parsley, paprika.
