We make our Crab Cakes using fresh Jonah Crab caught off the coast of New England. That’s right fresh not frozen crab. We just stir in our special spices, add a dab of mayonnaise and roll in our gluten-free breading. You get a melt-in-your-mouth crab cake that will make this a favorite in your freezer and on your dinner table.

INGREDIENTS:  Wild Crab Meat, Mayonnaise (Soybean Oil, Water, Eggs, Vinegar, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Flavors), Egg Whites, Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs (Rice Flour, Xantham gum, Evaporated Cane Juice, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid), Modified Food Starch, Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, Water, Molasses, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Salt Sugar, Anchovies, Onion, Garlic, Citrus Juice, Tamarinds, Citrus Oil, Spices), Salt, Parsley, Dry Mustard, Old Bay Seasoning (Celery Seed, Ginger, Salt, Mace, Cardamom, Cloves, Allspice, Paprika, Spices). ALLERGENS: Contains Crustacean Shellfish, Eggs, Fish. Made on equipment that also produces gluten containing products.
